Refund Policy

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under the EU/UK Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your Wellaray Coffee delivery, without needing to give a reason.

2. How to request a return

Email support@detoxificationmo.world within 14 days of delivery, including your order details. We will confirm the return process and provide a return address.

3. Condition of returned goods

Where possible, please return unopened boxes. If a box has been opened, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect any diminished value, in line with consumer protection rules.

4. Refund timing

Once we receive the returned item (or evidence you have sent it), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Non-returnable circumstances

We may decline a refund where the return request is made outside the 14-day window, or where goods show damage unrelated to normal inspection.

6. Subscription cancellations

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel future deliveries at any time by contacting support@detoxificationmo.world; cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled delivery.
